A 1 bedroom, 35m2 apartment with spacious rooms is available for rent in the neighbourhood of Gennevilliers near Paris. This area is mainly residential but is close to shops, a theatre and the Gabriel Péri metro station which provides access to the city centre. Despite being recently renovated, this property retains its sense of character with traditional features such as fireplaces, high ceilings and wooden floorboards.
